Vollebak Future Nylon Coat

A reimagined classic raincoat for the modern-day consumer. This piece is crafted from lightweight, high-strength, and stretchy Cordura and nylon. The main seams have been laser-cut and bonded, creating a clean, minimalist aesthetic. It features three pockets—one internal and two hand pockets subtly integrated into the cut lines. For breathability, laser-cut ventilation holes are positioned under the arms, while a bonded back vent, inspired by traditional raincoats, aids movement.

Vollebak Graphene Full Zip Top

A performance sports top inspired by the technical details of cycling jerseys and ultra-marathon running gear. Constructed from a graphene-infused fabric to support optimal temperature regulation during high-output activity. A centre front zip allows for customisable ventilation, enhancing comfort across varying intensities and environments. Seam placement is carefully considered and strategically mapped to minimise friction at key movement zones, reducing the risk of chafing over long distances.

Vollebak Mars Parachute Shell

Inspired by Vollebak’s Aerogel Padded Jacket, this piece pays homage to both the icon and its original space-age influence. It draws directly from the material innovation behind hypersonic parachutes, using the same fabric technology engineered for extraterrestrial landings.

Design details reference the parachute used in the Mars Perseverance mission, with seam lines mapped from its distinctive panel construction. Zig-zag stitching and fully taped seams echo the structural language of both parachutes and pressure suits, balancing durability with precision engineering.

The result is a lightweight shell that embodies Vollebak’s DNA—where advanced material science, space technology, and functional design converge into a garment built for extreme environments.

Vollebak Eiderdown Range

The Eiderdown Vest is insulated with one of the lightest natural materials on Earth. Sourced from free-nesting eider ducks in Iceland’s remote Fljót Valley, the down is hand-gathered only after it’s naturally shed, ensuring a more sustainable and humaine process.

Designed with squared baffles for even insulation, the vest features shaped shoulder panels for an improved fit and ease of movement. A lightweight zip keeps overall weight down. Finished in a natural, earthy colour story, it reflects both its origin and performance-led design.
